OHIO STAMPING AND MACHINE LLC (OSMI) - manufactures first operation blanks and medium to large stampings for the automotive, truck and appliance industries.

ROSE CITY MANUFACTURING, INC. - provides value added operations and manufactured assemblies using stamped components from Morgal and OSMI. Rose City now directly services other outside customers, as well.
